更新R到3.6.1

windows下常用Rstudio，
可以通过Rstudio 更新R，也可以在R console中更新
只需要三步：
1，install.packages("installr ")
2，require(installr)
3,updateR()
然后根据提示点击确定完成更新。

安装完毕：重新根据提示，只需点击确定迁移旧的包即可。
重新启动Rstudio，已经是3.6.1版本了。

如果想更新Rstudio的话也很简单：
点击help --> Check for Updates

如果需要更新，点击quit and download：
跳转到download页面，下载最新版

then choose the version you like and click on “download”
click on “RStudio ???-XXX”[where ??? is the version and XXX is your operating system]

follow the installation procedure for your operating system
restart RStudio
rejoice
