身在外企，如果领导召集大家开会了，别慌，这些词你应该用得上~

（1）词汇与表达

schedule n.时刻表；vt. 排定

diagram n.图表; 图解; 示意图; [数]线图;vt.用图表示; 图解

release vt.释放; 放开; n.释放，排放，解除; 释放令

（2）对话

A:Have you booked the conference room？

你预定会议厅了吗？

B:We have the room scheduled for Tuesday the 5th.

我们敲定5号星期二使用会议厅。

【点拨】

book v.预定 预订机票、预定酒店等等，book hotel, book plane ticket

have sth done 表示做完什么事儿

schedule v.安排日程，预定和安排。

A:Did we choose the presenters?

决定好报告人选了吗？

B:The plan is that our CEO presents while our Director of Engineering fields questions.
