One people always have to face pressure when he is working. What should he do?

We have to face pressure, because our abilities is not fit the work. We couldn't do good job. We have to spend more time, or we have to do more work. Unfortunately, sometime we couldn't achieve our target. We will be unhappy, worry about that. Some one would lose their self-confidence, and give up. They yell, it is too difficult.

Actually, no one could do something well in the beginning. It is very common that people couldn't do something well. If you don't give up, but persist on, you would be good at the work at last. What you need is just patience and time. It looks  easy, but difficult to many people.
