diff: /Podfile.lock: No such fil

xcode编译报错：

diff: /Podfile.lock: No such file or directory

diff: /Manifest.lock: No such file or directory

error: The sandbox is not in sync with the Podfile.lock. Run 'pod install' or update your CocoaPods installation.

在工程的Build Phases目录下的Copy Dods Resourse和Check pods Manifest.lock里面的

Run script only when installing勾选上，然后clean之后build
