surgeon （外科医生） In modern medicine, a surgeon is a physician(内科医生)who performs surgery.

查grudge的时候吓到我了 美版的咒怨就叫grudge啊，封面图有点害怕没有放上来， surgeon 感觉是个医学专业词汇 surgeon and physician 对应着外科医生和内科医生 ，下次不用什么医生都叫doctor了 ~
