一.20CrMnMo渗碳钢的特性：
20CrMnMo钢是一种高强度的高级渗碳钢，属于Cr-Mn-Mo系列合金结构钢，20CrMnMo渗碳钢强度高于15CrMnMo，塑性及韧性稍低，20CrMnMo钢淬火回火后有良好的综合力学性能和低温冲击韧度，淬透性及力学性能比20CrMnTi钢较高，与12CrNi3A钢相当，比20CrNi3A钢稍低；20CrMnMo钢渗碳淬火后具有较高的抗弯强度和耐磨性能，渗碳后其残余奥氏体含量较高，不宜直接淬火；20CrMnMo钢的性能与日本合金结构钢SCM421相近，20CrMnMo钢用于制造要求表面硬度高、耐磨性能好的重要渗碳件，如齿轮、凸轮轴连杆、销等；20CrMnMo钢热加工性能良好，正火后切削加工性能好，切削加工性优于12CrNi3A钢和20CrNi3A钢，但磨削时易产生裂纹，焊接性能较差，20CrMnMo钢适合于电阻焊接，焊前要适当预热，焊后应及时回火。

Before welding, it should be preheated properly and tempered in time.

四.20CrMnMo渗碳钢的热处理规范及金相组织：
热处理规范：
（1）淬火：加热温度850±15℃，油冷。
（2）回火：加温温度200±20℃，水冷或空冷。
金相组织：回火马氏体。
五.20CrMnMo渗碳钢的交货状态：
20CrMnMo渗碳钢一般是以热处理（正火、退火或高温回火）或不热处理状态交货，交货状态应在合同中注明。
