第一个ALL代表那些服务器，第二个ALL给其什么用户的权限，第三个ALL代表给哪些命令权限
neal.ma ALL=(root) NOPASSWD: /usr/bin/yum,/usr/bin/node,/usr/bin/n
给a用户yum权限，且不需要密码
