Hi, Children!

These days, we have some fantastic speaking activities in the classes.

For the primary school students, we talk about four seasons.

I asked them what do you do in winter? They said we go swimming, which reminded me of my ridiculous habit of swimming, which only happened in cold seasons, only not in summer.

However, you know there is for sure a sport special in this city called witer swimming. I dare not to see that, because I felt I was frozen, while they were in the frozen air, not mention in the icy water.

Then they said we eat ice creams in winter. Yeah! You got it? We northeasters eat ice creams in winter? Why? What happens? Because we are hot!! Too hot!! You may think that it’s cold to death in winter in the northeast, however, I have to say that it’s almost as hot as that in summer. We just wear summer clothes inside, because we have heating system, very great system!! When I was in the southern, I missed the system so much, that I hid in the quilt, which was made a roll, for most of the winters. However, I miss the time there, with all of the girls. However, most people who hold ice creams on the Central Street are not local, but visitors. Wandering on the Street, you will run into several colonies of people who hold ice creams in their hands, taking pictures with poses. I smile every time I walk by them, thinking what I do in their cities. Run here and there in search for the famous foods or snacks. We are all cute. We all love the world.

The kids also laughed and said they licked iron objects. For sure, they don’t really mean to do, but just tried, and that feelings will never leave their minds. They just grow up in that way: fight with their parents as well as obey them.

For the middle school students, we talk about “if”: If you win a lot of money, what will you do?

Ada said, “I will buy a lot of delicious foods, I will buy a lot of dolls, I will buy KFC and Holiland...” Yeah, you really catch me when you say you will buy KFC, which means you could eat for free in most parts of the world. While Leo stood up and said, “I will buy the school, and don’t permit students have so many classes.” Guy, I’d like to give you a hug, for what you are suffering and what is waiting for you. Edith said, “I will buy a school, and tell the students not to go to school every day.” Girl, do you know that means you have to go for some days. Seen from this, you need to learn more. What Cindy said gave us a new picture of this little girl’s inner mind, as she said, “I　win a lot of money, I will travel round the world with my family.” Yes, there’re families in her mind.  Then Jack said, excitedly, “I will be the headteacher, because I want to help the poor children.” Everybody was shocked by what he said, and I nearly shed some tears. King said he will return the money, but he didn’t mention where or to whom. What a pity! I should have one more word after that. He is a serious guy. After all, Yoyo said she would create a totally new world, and even a new Nvwa. WOW! May you good luck! I’m really looking forward to that!
