Many applicaitons in Summit FT incorporate spreadsheets.Althouth much of the content is specific to the particular window in which a spreadsheets is found,there are many similarities to the way all Summit FT spreadsheets behave.You have a number of options that allow you to customize spreadsheets.One default setting is the Sorting option(located on the right-click menu),which ensures that column information is sorted.You may want to clear this option if you wish to copy the column contents.

In order to control a spreadsheets apprearance ,use Format option from the menu which opens when you right-click inside the spreadsheet.

Changing the font 变更字体

In order change the font of a spreadsheet,choose Format > Font... from the right-click menu.The Font window opens.

Changing row colors 变更颜色

You can change the color of the alternating rows in a spreadsheet by choosing Format > Alt Row Color... from the rightclick menu,The color window opens

Changing the column configuration 变更列配置

In order to choose which columns are displayed and which are hidden,select Format > columns Properties from the right-click menu.The columns configuration windows opens,which allows you to select which columns are displayed.

Configuring format codes 配置格式规范

The configure format codes,which are named codes that set the appearance for a cell/row/column ,right-click and select Format> Format Code Settings... The Format Code Settings window opens.
单元格、行、列 外观称为编码格式，点击鼠标右键选择Format> Format Code Settings，在弹出窗口中更改编码格式
