每天睡前一家人对三个问题标红黄绿。
How did I behave today?
How did I listen today?
How did I interact with others today?
这里体现了吾日三省吾身的精神。
但评估的对象是否针对个人，需要商榷。

家庭价值观
用动物代表价值观。
1.写出动物列表。

2. 每人选若干动物，不能选别人选的，每人选的数量等于总人数，打点。

4. 每人把自己选的动物从上到下写在便利贴上。
5.传给右边的人。
6. 每人从列中拿掉一个不重要的。说明理由。
7. 再传给右边的人。
8. 再拿，直到每人手上只剩一个。

9.对剩下的动物投票排序，说明理由。

10.最终确定家庭动物。
这是对家庭价值观的很好的练习。

Your practices are very nice.
I believe 3 things are the base stones for agile family and agile parenting: love, wisdom and fun.
Your family animals exercise is very interesting. I believe over time you will use the same exercise to develop real family values.
For the daily family agile health check, I would suggest to add a family light which sums individual lights.
And I will introduce 2 other practices.
One is time box. It's simple. For example, if your family is planning to go out and you want your kids wear clothes and shoes quickly, it doesn't work if you only say we should be quickly. In stead, you can say, 5 minutes timebox to wear clothes and shoes. Make timebox a powerfull language.
Timebox can be used in any senario as a positive strength other than a punishment.
For example, after school hours, you can sepatate time to a few timeboxes: 1 hour homework, 1 hour play, 1 hour family time...
Only in one scenario you don't need small timeboxes, that is you go to beach to relax. But you still need a big timebox. By a time, you have to be back.
The second is morning/night list. Attached a few versions. Let the kids develop the list by themselves, and checkup the list in the morning/night.
