The third school is Mohist school, which holds the idea of all-embracing love. The fourth is School of Names, whose followers enjoy the difference and relation of "names" and "actualities". The fifth is Legalist school, which originated from some statesmen who instructed a fixed code of law to govern states. The sixth is School of the Way and its Power, also reffered to the Taoist school. The followers centered their metaphysics and social philosophy around the meaning of Non-being.

墨家兼爱非攻，投机取巧不得农民心；

名家逻辑定义，诡辩不解决实际问题；

法家为国立矩，秦朝暴政难胜道德情；

道家无为为政，看淡一切向内求宁静。
