It's supposed to be a busy season for the teachers. Nonetheless  the outbreak of corona virus did make a negative influence on the.  education market. Therefore, I get plenty of time recently to record some English videos to share with you.

A lot of you asked me  what  being an English teacher teaches me, So today, I will go deeper to this topic.

Firstly, to be an English teacher in the training center teaches me how to be a good teacher on the platform.

In the past, I thought only  The person who has the right answer has the right to speak in public.

But later I understood that thete's no such thing called absolute right answers.

Everyone's opinion matters  and discussion really helps Before we come to the final decision.

Furthermore, to be an English teacher really boots my teamwork ability.

Frankly speaking before Being an English teacher, I'm not the type of person who enjoys teamwork.

But being an English teacher totally changed my mind.

I still remember A  Predecessor Told me Attentively. You guys are not competitors instead you should work together and offer critical feedback to each other. Only in this way can you make progress.

So later, throughout several years,  My colleagues and me  Try our best to practice teaching methods and teaching skills together.

I have to admit that teamwork is much more effective than study by myself all the time.
