1:如果我卖的是服装，在B2B中需要①服务器和和域名②专业的运营团队③网站备案④ICP通信经营许可证；需要的资金成本也是看个人对该店铺的宣传程度；
那么B2C需要的是 ①营业证②身份认证，开一家网店，材料是销售的服装，然后把网店装扮好，还要花心思去做促销，卖广告等；如果是大搞的话 那么需要的资金成本也就很多了。
2:理由:在各大网站对比中，B2B的月度覆盖人数总体是上涨的。B2B平台是增加曝光的一种手段，多样化的推广方式将成为未来企业的主流推广方式，坐商和动商都要做，坐商就是被动等客户询盘，动商就是主动开发获取客户询盘，两种方式可相辅相成。
