周三早上开始犯困,要睡醒了

今天好困,早上应该多睡会儿。

5点时,闹钟叫醒。

5.30挣扎起来。

看来,身体不支。马上reschedule,明天后天的morning seminar都cancel。

switch off timer闹钟。reorganize到6点起床。if i wake up earlier, then get up automaticaly.


so let the body self wake up. it is always nice.

nice to body and everything, they will also nice to u.


yesterday i should not at the meeting for to lang, it is so exausting.

i can let it go and let me go.

to take relax and complete my works.

this is the point.
