Hello, teachers!

It is my great honor to have this opportunity to introduce myself to you. I am Xiao Xuan, from Weifang, Shandong Province. I graduated from the Shandong University of Science and Technology in 2019. In the same year, I was selected by the Organization Department of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee as a transfer student, a kind of special civil servant. I chose to return to Shouguang, my hometown, to provide grass-roots services.

During my college years, I got good grades, served as the Class Secretary of the Communist Party of China Secretary of the Communist Youth League of China. As an outstanding student,I was honored to become a member of the Communist Party of China in junior year. The university has made a lot of achievements. The many scholarships, the passing of cet-6 and the honorary titles of excellent graduate have paved the way for my self-confidence in my work as a civil servant, because the university has given me, i was able to do a good job as a civil servant at the grassroots

Because of the requirement of the length of service at the grass-roots level, I have the opportunity to contact the grass-roots level, to contact agriculture, to contact management, and because of this, I am even more determined to acquire knowledge through postgraduate studies, i look forward to the knowledge and experience into the daily work and practice, to create more value, better serve the work, serve the grass-roots level, while enriching themselves, to be promoted.
