What should a tour guide do if two foreign tourists get in touch with their long lost friends and want to bring them along with the tour group?

两位外国游客在旅途中与离别多年的亲友取得了联系后，提出让其亲友随团活动时，导游员应该怎么办？

（1）the tour guide should first get the consent of the tour leader and other tourists.

（2）Then the tour guide can contact the ground operator to handle the signing formalities, such as presenting valid documents, filling out forms and paying the tour expenses.

（3）If they work in embassies or consulates, the tour guide needs to obtain informations about their names, identities and activities. the procedures with diplomats should be followed in accordance with relevant regules.

（4）If they are foreign journalists who intend to interview and take photos, normally the guide should decline or report to relevant departments for approval.

（2）与旅行社有关部门联系，如无特殊情况可到旅行社办理入团手续，出示有效证件，填写表格，缴纳费用。

（3）如果是使领馆工作人员，导游员应了解其姓名，身份，活动内容，外交官员，应严格按照我国政府的有关规定办理。

（4）如果是外国记者，并要求随团采访、跟拍，一般不予以同意，特殊情况须请求有关部门批准。
