凡事靠自己摸索Always rely on one's own

      今日在网上学烙山药苹果鸡蛋饼，感觉实践起来和理论还有相当一段距离，存在问题是我拿不准怎样就算熟了？上面说烙的时候加水，水吸收完了就熟了，再烙就干了。我多加了几次水，多翻了几次，估计熟了，尝起来还不错，就是不怎么软，分析是温度太低，酵母没充分发酵的缘故。
