Good morning friends!

I spent the whole day at home, working remotely. While it's enjoyable, and I was more productive, the only shortcoming is I didn't move enough for the day.
How do you spend your time more efficiently in the modern age? I just read an interesting article written about this: 《15 Useful Activities That Are Worth Your Time
》. The author was Darius Foroux.
The author referred to one quote from a famous philosopher Seneca, “It is not that we have a short time to live, but that we waste a lot of it.” To save some time here, I'd better stop talking here and go straight to the author's point, or rather points he listed in this article. So here are the 15 things you should do to make the best use of your time without being regret afterward:
- Working out
- Spending time with people you love
- Learning how your body works
- Journaling
- Learning a skill
- Making a financial strategy
- Watching good movies/tv-shows
- Listening to music
- Reading
- Talking about life
- Going to the sauna
- Discovering new books
- Watching sports
- Laughing
- Working on your goals
To save the length of my writing, I didn't include all comments under each item. But you got the picture. How do you like these 15 things? I often do all these except #11. But I would love to do that, too. A friendly reminder that these are not the things you have to do in your life, just something worth doing with your time.
I consider this is a pretty good list. It will serve me as a reminder to keep my daily activity in check. For example, I am doing item #4 right now.
Have a great day! Cheers!
