Without food and water, we cannot live. 没有食物和水，我们不能生存。
（without:没有、缺少,后面可以直接加名词）
（can能，可以→cannot不能，不可以）（cannot+V.）

People need a place to live in and sleep.  人们需要一个地方居住和睡觉。
 (live in住，居住) （live in+地点）

We need a place to keep us dry in rainy weather. 我们需要一个地方在雨天保持干燥。
 (keep  sb./sth.  doing) （keep+sb.+adj.）

We need good health to keep us strong.我们需要健康的身体来保持强壮。

Daily exercise is a good way to stay in good health.每天锻炼是保持健康的一种好方法。

We need skills to find a good job.    我们需要技能来找到一份好工作。

Without good job skills, we can't keep a good job.没有好的工作技能，我们就不能保住一份好工作。

We need money to buy things, such as food.我们需要钱买东西，比如食物。

Without money, it's very difficult to have a good life.没有钱，很难有一个好的生活。
