         三年前在SOKL上做的Gallup Clifton Strengths Finder(盖洛普·克里夫顿优势识别测试),最近托m公司的福又免费重测了一次。测试时长约40分钟涉及上百道按自己符合程度打分的情境描述。两次测试虽间隔三年。结果却惊人的相似。34型强项中排在前五的有四个是一样的,有出入的一个其实也算姐妹型。一方面,看来本姐姐的人格和身高一样很久以前就不思进取了。另一方面也说明这个测试应该还是有几分可信度的。世上最漫长的路,莫非是上帝造我们的"套路"?他老人家倒是七日之内完事,可曾想本姐我摸爬滚打这些年,走过无数的山穷水尽柳暗花明才慢慢开始认识自己那么一丢丢唉。不过就是这一小丢丢,也让俺迸发出无穷的智慧和力量来熬人生这碗鸡汤。话说继熬鸡汤后,翻译光荣的成为本姐姐又一项造(聒)福(噪)全人类的爱好,嘿嘿嘿。下面请听让本西鸡立鹤群万里长城永不倒 (??!)的五大人格强项及特邀嘉宾的精彩点评!!

1. Achiever 达成者型 (“劳碌命型”)

这鸡汤熬得可真是实诚~顺附菜谱一则吧 嘿嘿


材料:苦瓜三个,牛肉400g,葱蒜少许,干辣椒末少许,鸡蛋一只

做法

1.牛肉切成小长条,用料酒,酱油,盐,淀粉和一个鸡蛋打出的蛋清腌制半小时

2. 苦瓜切半,掏出里面的瓤,在把内表皮都清干净,切成小薄片后,用盐拌匀,手用力抓几分钟至盐入味,苦瓜汁液流出,这步可以稍微去处苦瓜的苦味

3.取一个小锅,烧开水后,倒入盐腌制好的苦瓜片,煮两三分钟后捞出,沥干

4. 锅内放入少许油,加入葱蒜和干辣椒末,爆香

5. 倒入腌制好的牛肉,翻炒至牛肉变熟水分蒸出开始出油后,倒入燎好的苦瓜

6. 翻匀后加入一勺蚝油,少许盐,继续翻炒几分钟收汁后就可以出锅啦
