芋圆烧仙草——温暖的夏日甜心

一直惦记着那软软糯糯的芋圆,那清清凉凉的烧仙草的味道。
经过N次心动,终于备齐所需食材 ,今日得闲,决定小试牛刀一把。
用料:白薯、紫薯、木薯粉、仙草粉
步骤:
1、将白薯、紫薯洗净切成小段,入锅蒸30分钟

2、利用蒸白薯的时间,把仙草粉倒入碗里

3、将仙草粉倒入一碗内,加少量清水调成无核稀糊状

4、开火之前用铲子先搅动几下,把沉在下面的粉和水搅匀,然后大火开煮,煮的时候要不停搅拌,不然仙草液容易结块

5、煮到感觉有些粘稠,倒入玻璃盒里等着冷却

6、这会儿白薯也熟了,将白薯、紫薯掏成泥状

7、分别加入适量木薯粉

8、揉成光滑面团

9、搓成小条

10、切成小段

11、入锅煮(与汤圆的煮法类同)

12、等小圆子浮起来,过几次凉水

15、切成小块,传说中的仙草冻面世了

16、乘上一碗豆汤,(我放了红豆、花生、莲子一起煮成)上面放上芋圆、仙草冻。
