读取GIF图片，java.lang.ArrayIndexOutO

javax.imageio.ImageIO 的read方法，在读取部分gif图片（如下图）会出现 java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 4096 的错误。

在查阅谷歌的时候，只找到stackoverflow上一些问答，还好友人已经给出了些解答
