图片保存到相册

要将图片保存至系统相册，首先要获取相册访问和读写权限，在info.plist文件中添加两个字段，描述获取相册的目的

保存到相册有两种方式，第一种方式不会创建相薄，保存在所有照片中

如果不需要将图片保存至相册，只是临时使用的话，将图片缓存至本地沙盒文件就可以了
//UIImagePNGRepresentation 将图片处理成png格式，质量较高，图片也占用内存较大
//UIImageJPEGRepresentation 将图片处理成jpg格式，第二个参数为图片的失真率，值在0-1之间，值越小则图片占用内存就越小，图片的视觉效果不受影响
