Who Moved My Cheese Part 8

I have to confess if this story without  story last discussion I wouldn't take the story seriously.  When former classmates gathered together,  talking about what they learned from the story then many kinds of real-life examples were vividly showed before me. To my surprise, when facing changes most of people were more like Hem. Could Hem be changed? Different people may find different answers from these discussions.
