无输出,不成长!

28天自控力训练营,我的挑战是每日英文输出。长期以来英文以输入为主,看一篇英语文章或者小说,基本来说难度不大,即使遇到生词较多的情况,连蒙带猜也可以做到。但是,如果让自己说或者写,却需要花一些时间。因此,我的目标是通过用英语写读后感,加强输出,提高英文写作。

第一周具体目标,用英文写简单的自控力读后感和完成作业,读后感在80字以上。

Here we go!

Today's homework is that I need to list 5 questions related to the willpower instinct. 

Q 1. Why do you want to improve your willpower instinct?

Answer: Because I would like to improve my ability to control life and be a better person. 

Q 2. Which aspects would you like to improve?

Answer: I'd like to be better in teaching plan and sports. Because I often put off to finish them, especially sports. I should think about the reason why I can not work out regularly.  Maybe I don't care about my health, I think I am in good condition. 

Q 3. How often do you sports in a week?

Answer: I work out two or three times in a week. Every time i spend about 15 minutes. I often forget to complete it. Sometimes I am reluctant to work out because of bad weather.  

Q 4. How is your sleep?

Answer: My sleep is regular. I usually fall asleep at 23:00 and wake up at 6:00. I feel good. But when it comes to holidays, my sleep turns to be irregular. I always sleep late to watch TV shows and read novels without control. 

Q 5. How to evaluate your willpower instinct?

Answer: I will give myself 5 points. 

问自己五个以上有关自控力的问题。

问题1:你为什么想提高自控力?

回答:我想要掌控自己的生活,成为更好的人。

问题2:哪些方面最想提高自控力?

回答:我想在备课和运动方面提高自控力。因为这两方面经常拖延,不想做。尤其是运动。我应该想想不健身的原因,或许是因为我不够重视自己的健康,认为自己的身体没问题。

问题3:一周运动几次?

回答:每周运动两到三次,每次15分钟左右。但是常常忘记去做运动,有时还会因为坏天气而找借口不运动。

问题4:睡眠如何?

回答:睡眠基本规律。通常是晚上十一点入睡,早上六点左右起床。但是遇到假期,我的规律会被打乱,会晚睡看剧或小说。

问题5:给自己的自控力打分。

回答:我给自己打5分。最近自控力不是很够。
