用包自带的数据lung来做

作图前一步都是survfit

最简单的

ggsurvplot(fit)

显示p值

ggsurvplot(fit, pval = TRUE)

修改线型

ggsurvplot(fit, pval = TRUE, linetype = "dashed")

显示置信区间

ggsurvplot(fit, pval = TRUE,
           conf.int = T,
           conf.int.style="ribbon",
           conf.int.alpha=0.1)

修改颜色

ggsurvplot(fit, pval = TRUE, 
           conf.int = T,conf.int.style="ribbon",conf.int.alpha=0.1,
           palette =c("blue","red"))

修改图例

ggsurvplot(fit, pval = TRUE, linetype = "dashed",  
           conf.int = T,conf.int.style="ribbon",conf.int.alpha=0.1,
           palette =c("blue","red"),
           legend.title="",legend=c(0.7,0.9),legend.labs=c("Male","Female"))
