1.Harm of staying up late to health
Science data express that if you can’t sleep enough,it will cause so much damage to our body.Like affects the secretion of testosterone and ovum hormone. It is ten years older than the same age. affect memory and learning ability, 40% less than those who get enough sleep.And it affects the cardiovascular system and has a higher incidence of heart disease.affect immune ability and DNA activity. Lower immunity is 70% lower than that of those who have enough sleep! Genes related to inflammation and tumor are more active in DNA.So we need to Develop the habit of regular sleep and stay away from Caffeine and alcohol.
2.Sometimes luck is more important than ability
First,Opportunities are reserved for good and lucky people.And,There are too few opportunities and too many excellent people. In fact, such important choices are randomly determined.Competition makes selection more and more difficult and anxious. Although random selection loses the sense of control, it can make people no longer anxious.
But whatever,luck’s existence was important.We can’t forget it,and also we still need to strive!
