我翻译的《道德经》第十八章（1）

原文:

故大道废焉，有仁义。

智慧出焉，有大伪。

六亲不和焉，有孝慈。

国家昏乱焉，有忠臣。

译文:

因此“大道”废除了，才会出现仁义。

当领导者用各种智慧来管理时，就容易出伪装，弄虚作假等这样的问题了。

家庭关系不和睦的时候，就会提出孝慈。

当整个系统出问题的时候，大家才标榜忠贞，甚至人人争当忠臣。

解释:

老子并不否定孝慈、忠贞，而是希望人人都能够是忠臣，都能在大道之上做事，不需要特别提倡标榜这些本来自然而然应该拥有的品德。因为缺失，所以提倡。

我的翻译:

Therefore,when the great Dao is abolished, kindness and justice  will  appear.

There  exists  wisdom, so will pretension .

When family aren't harmious,obedience and

kindheartedness will  be on.

when  the  whole  society  is out of  order,there will be loyal officials.
