• the diagram above shows the process by which the bricks are manufactured for the building industry.
• Obviously,there are 7 stages in the brick-making process .
• first of all.the clay are dug out by the digger,which will be put/stacked on the metal grid / which is used to break the clay blocks into small pieces.
• after that,the tiny clay will go down off the metal grid,all of which will be
  moved by the roller to the next stage.
• and then,the sand and water are mixed with the tiny clay from the roller.

after falling on the roller,the stuff is further conveyed and mixed with the sand and water.
in the following stage,the well-blended compound is pressed into the mould,or cut by a wire cutter in order to form brick-shaped pieces.
during 24~48 hours,these fresh bricks are kept in a drying oven.
once the bricks are dry,the new stage are heating and cooling process.
the bricks are transffered in to a so-called kiln，another types of drying oven,in which they are burn twice,moderately and highly,in temperature
from 200~980,to 870~1300.
this is followed by depositing heated bricks into a cooling chamber for 2 or 3 days.
finally,the cooled bricks are packed and deliveried by trucks to the destination,a building site.

• following that,the mixture can be put into the brick mould to produce bricks,or be compressed into a long thin object,which can be cut into bricks by a wire cutter.
• the brick moulds will be collected in the drying oven for 24~48hours,
  and then,which are put into the kiln at 200~900 centigrade degrees.
• following that,they are put into the high 870~1300 centigrade degree
• afer all of this,they can be put into the cooling chamber for 48~72 hours
• finally,the well-done bricks can be packaged for being deliveried .
