It's Wednesday and cloudy today，I woke up at about five clock this morning.

Last night we received a complain from customer that the D number was wrong printed on the shim，the PDM system requirement  D number is D1539， but actual D number is D1593，this oder total 29 sets of products.

At the beginning of the work I went to investigate the cause of this problem，according to the first part inspection record and we found that the record was right but the actual product was wrong，which indicted that the operator didn't follow the process to product and the inspector didn't follow the process to inspect.

following is our corrective and preventive actions：

1.I have improved the inspiration control procedures and trained the inspectors，i will train the operators tomorrow morning.

2.we defend the first part wait to inspect area of packaging process，the operators put the first part and inspection records in this area that the inspector can't inspect in time and wait for the inspector to check.
