Preposition: A Preposition is a word placed before a noun  or a pronoun to show in what relation the person or thing denoted by it  stands in regard to something else. Note that the preposition 'of' is used to  express possession or a reason or cause. e.g., "....A lady received 15  kg of marijuana......" Parts of speech: Note that I have changed the  verb 'arrested' to a noun 'arrest' in the sentence because we use the noun  form of this word to address it as a specific concept or thing. Nouns are the  only word that can fill the important roles of subject and object in any  sentence. Whereas, we use the verb form of this word to indicate an action  done by the subject. Verbs always have a subject that does the action, and  they can also have an object to show who or what the action is being done to.  e.g., "....Ms. Liu, a waitress in Zhongshan City, Guangdong province,  was under arrest last week after having received a big international express  parcel sent from Nigeria...." A lady received 15kg of marijuana in an international  parcel on behalf of aWechatfriend. Ms. Liu, a waitress in Zhongshan City, Guangdong province, was under arrest  last week after having received a big international express parcel sent from  Nigeria, according to a police report released in a press conference held in  Gongbei Customs. The report warned a new trend of drug trafficking. Last  week, officers in Guangzhou Customs stopped and opened a suspicious  international express parcel sent from Nigeria. Through technical inspection,  they identified the suspicious material hided in a pile of dried tea-leaves  as marijuana which weighed 14.89 kilograms. Officers in the Anti-smuggling  Department of Gongbei Customs were ordered to probe into the case. Having  analyzed all residents who may use the same mailing address, they spotted Ms.  Liu, a young girl working in a local restaurant. Monday, two police officers,  dressed up as deliverymen, pretended to deliver packages in the street nearby  Ms. Liu’s working place, and arrested Ms. Liu when she came for the parcel.  After a short interrogation, Ms. Liu confessed that she received the parcel  on behalf of Mr. Steven, a black man from Nigeria. Mr. Steven added her as  Wechat friend about a year ago and has contacted her more often recently. He  induced her to do him a favor, receiving a parcel mailed from his hometown.  Mr. Steven is really experienced and sophisticated in dealing with police. He  changed his routes, meeting time and places several times when Ms. Liu called  him to come for the package. Nevertheless, he was caught no sooner than he  had spoken a word to Ms. Liu. When questioned, Ms. Steven made a clean breast  of matters and told police officers that another similar parcel has been on  its way, but he just had no time and no chance to tell Ms. Liu.
