安装JDS
安装Jenkins
安装完后，第一次用localhost:8080打开，需要输入初始密码

C:\ProgramData\Jenkins\.jenkins\secrets\initialAdminPassword

密码输入之后，安装推荐的插件
安装完插件以后，要求创建管理员用户
