1、定期地小整理 regular organization

不必一次想着把所有东西都整理完,每次整理一两件就行。
Instead of cleaning everything at the same time ,try organizing two or three things every day .
这样的小习惯,会鼓励你去保持一个干净的环境
This daly habit encourages you to maintain a cleaner environment .
2、寻求动力灵感Seek inspiration
可以读一本你从未听说过的书,去听励志人士讲述他们的故事
Read interesting books on subjects you know nothing about .Listen to inspiring people tell
stories about their lives.
要知道,去寻求灵感和动力,是你自己的责任
It's your responsibility to go out there and find it
3、慢慢咀嚼 Slower consumption
Pyhsically eating slowly improves digestion and reduces nausea.
从生理上讲,慢吃有助于消化机能,减少晕船。
4、断舍离电子设备Disconnect yourself
Spend at least 30 mintues every day ,without any technology .
每天留出30分钟的时间,不带任何电子设备。
5、悠闲 Natural Relief
Spend at least 15 minutes outdoors every single day .
每天抽出15分钟呆在户外。
6、认识的大笑的力量 The power of Laughter
Try to surround yourself with positive happy people.
尽量让你的周围围绕着正能量的人们。
7、自己做饭 Make your Meals
Cooking is also a known stress reliever ,a source of confidence ,and a rewarding skill you will use at every stage of your life.
做饭可以释放压力,增加信心,更是在你人生的每一个阶段都值得拥有的技能。
8、随时想想你的雄心壮志 Solidify Ambitions
Think about these goals on a daily basis;Keep your goals at the forefront of your mind.
每天都想想你的抱负与志向,把你的目标始终在心目中最前沿。
And that way ,your goals will guide your life in the right direction
这样,你的目标始终会引领你的生活朝着正确的方向。
Each time you make a major decision ,consider how that decision affects your goals
每一次,你做出一个重要的决定的时候,都要扪心问一下自己——你的这个决定,倒底对你的目标有多大影响。
