From the speech I feel his attitude towards life, which is why excellence is the attribute of success. Listen to your inner voice and love what you do. Great people only listen to their inner voice and love what they do. Only what you love can be what you are really good at, and it is how many difficulties you have experienced that you will never really want. They are doing the right thing first and insisting on doing the right thing to the extreme. Loss does not equal failure, it is equal to put down, in the face of death only the most important things will stay.
