我翻译的《道德经》第三十八章（6）

原文:

是以，大丈夫处其厚，不居其薄；处其实，不居其华。故去彼取此。

译文:

所以大丈夫处在这些规律的敦厚之上位，不居处在这些规律的浅薄之下位。处其厚实之处，不居其浅表。故去彼取此。只保存敦厚的精华，舍去不好的浮华。

我的翻译:

Therefore, the great man  sticks to the

honest and sincere  rules instead of the

superficial rules.In other word,he  stands on

the  thick and solid place  instead of 

shallow place.

Truly, he  rejects that and takes this.
