Boat Pose 船式(梵文:Navasana)
1. Legs extended, legs hug together, quads engaged
雙腿併攏伸直延長,股四頭肌啓動(大腿有力)
2. Balance on sitting bones
身體的平衡靠坐骨來保持
3.Core engaged
核心啓動
4. Lower ribs tucked in, back flat, spine long, shoulders blades down
肋骨下端往回收,背部平直,脊柱拉長,肩胛骨向下沈
5. Chest lifts
胸腔上提
6. Fingers energized, arms engaged
手指有力,手臂啓動
7. Toes spread
腳趾展開

(一)Do this 對:
1. Spread toes
腳趾張開
2. Press out of bottom of feet to extend the legs
腳底向前發力把腿蹬直
3. Use hip flexors and core to make a V shape with body
利用髖屈肌和核心力量保持身體呈V字形
4. Keep chest lifted
胸腔保持上提
5. Draw shoulder blades toward one another for long back
肩胛骨內收,背部拉長 (肩膀要向後向下沈)
(二)Not this 錯:
1. Toes not engaged
腳趾沒有啓動(腳的力量不能松掉)
2. Not extending out of foot
雙腳沒有延伸出去
3. Chest not lifted
胸腔沒有上提
4. Back rounding
拱背(不要含胸拱背)
