Making a butter cream cake

In order to set aside enough time to  make a butter cream cake for my family, yesterday I had finished English reading and listening practice of today's task. In the morning, I had done yoga for two and half  hours, and then I began to make the cake.

I have made sponge cakes several times, so it is easy for me now. I made two sponge cakes this time, one is for cooking the butter cream cake, the other is for tomorrow's breakfast. When one of the sponge cakes had cooled down, I divided it into four pieces, in other words, there are three layer of the cake. Every layer was filled with cream, in addition, the first layer mixed banana, the second layer mixed dragon fruits, and the third layer mixed Oreo cookies. And then I put more cream onto the whole sponge cake and  take some butter cream and actually pipe a swirl onto it like so. Up to now, a real butter cream cake was appeared. And then I put it into the refrigerator for the better taste.

We ate up all the cream cake for the dinner, my nephew and niece liked it very much, and they ate a lot. All of us are very happy.

I like eating dessert very much, in the past I often bought it from the cake shop, and it is a bit of expensive. Because of the outbreak of the new coronavirus, we have been gone out less often, and we rarely buy the cooked food from the shops. Instead, we begin to cook delicious food by ourself. I have made a lot of dessert by myself these month, and I have a sense of achievement and satisfaction. I think I will keep the habit of cooking by myself,  because it is  not only good for health, but also can save money.
