Mary is the leader of General Motors which is one of the biggest motor companies globally. She is also the model of successful women all over the world. She said she loved math and science, because of her love of math and science got her to this position. Her mother always said that you can do or be whatever you want to be, but you got to hard work. Due to this encouragement, she thought she can do everything even though there’s no other women studying it in her early time at General Motors.

She also said that education is one of her passions. Because of STEM ( Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), she believed that it so strongly that no matter what industry you’re in, technology is causing it to transform. And no matter what you chose to do in life, pursue it with passion and hard work. To accept those positions which can give you a little bit of nervousness. Because that’s where you’re going to learn so much and that will really help your career.

So always trust your passion and hard work , they will never guide you to the final destination.
