10.21 teaching reflection

This class was not organized very well, and too much time was spent in checking the dictation. Since I am afraid some students could not know the right answers, I checked phrases and sentences one by one, so it wasted a lot of time. Next time, there is no need wasting time on most of them knew, and more time should be spent illustrate the important and difficult points.
When I wrote two important sentences on the blackboard, few students wrote them down, so I should remind them of taking notes from time to time. Otherwise, they are subject to forget taking notes.
When I shared my yesterday's class reflection, I just read it by myself, and explained it directly. however, when I asked one of the sentences I just explained, to my surprise, most of them did not understand it. Next time, it is better to ask them to translate the sentences on their own instead of just telling them.
