7 Team Rules

1. The starting point is always the unvarnished truth.

2. Thi is my primary team. I only succeed when WE succeed as a team.

3. Do not be neutral. It is an insult. Debate must happen.

4. Full and open debate within the team and one aligned voice outside.

5. Assume positive intent, instituionalized feedback, do not take personally.

6. Be fully transparent, overly communicate, avoid selective sharing.

7. Always deliver promises, despite challenging conditions, and hold each other accountable.
