远山多黛色，

Distant mountains are dark green,

街镇少人流。

Few people are walking in the streets.

甩臂悠然阔步，

Swinging my arms and striding leisurely,

伸腰平缓摇头。

Stretching and shaking my head gently.

五里来去汗轻浮。

Sweating a little after walking five miles back and forth.

身姿重抖擞，

I have revived my vitality,

体壮战妖蝼。

Strong enough to fight evil spirits.
