记录最新iOSAPP上架被拒原因及相应的解决方案

一.写在开始

上一次申请上架从提交审核到可供销售，一天时间的全部完事。
最近一次上架竟然被拒了三次！！！对比上次的速度，本次上架一波三折，还好花了一周左右的时间修改和再提交，终于成功上架。

二.被拒原因及解决方案

1.APP预览和屏幕快照问题

We noticed that your screenshots do not sufficiently reflect your app in use.
Specifically, the screenshots you submitted for iPhone 5.8” (iPhone X) do not accurately reflect the app running on this device.
To address this issue, please ensure that your screenshots for all devices included display the app running on that specific device.
Please see attached screenshots for details.

意思是提交申请时，对于iPhone X的5.8寸屏幕，APP预览和屏幕快照模块提交的图片和应用实际运行的效果不一致。
原因：设计师只是给出了不同尺寸的UI图，但没有特别针对iPhone X设计新图，但在上传5.8寸预览图时又错误的上传了设计图（虽然尺寸大小符合规定）。
解决方案：5.8寸预览图属于可选而非必选，所以，如果没有新的是配图可以忽略5.8寸不上传。

2.标题与副标题问题

Your app name or subtitle to be displayed on the App Store includes keywords or descriptors, which are not appropriate for use in these metadata items.
Specifically, the following words in your app name or subtitle are considered keywords or descriptors:
To resolve this issue, please revise your app name or subtitle to remove any keywords and descriptors from all localizations of your app. Keywords can be entered in the Keywords field in iTunes Connect to be used as search terms for your app.

意思是APP的名称或副标题包含的一些关键字或描述符不适合元数据项使用要求。

原因：最直接的原因是副标题和标题有相同的关键字，重复了。
解决方案：修改副标题，删除重复的关键字或用其他关键字替换。

意思是APP使用了定位权限，但没有说明使用定位的原因，要求说明更多细节
原因：苹果注重用户隐私，不允许在用户未知的情况下收集用户定位信息或者访问用户相机、相册、通讯录。简单的一句“是否允许”没有说明使用定位的具体作用。
解决方案：说明具体作用，如下图所示

三.写在最后

两次上架情况比较可以发现，有时候有一定的运气成分在。就像第二次新版申请上架，预览和屏幕截图、副标题、plist全部没有改动，但同样的内容第一次就很顺利通过审核，第二次就被拒了。所以不要抱侥幸心理和挫败心理，按照官方回复的要求和经验把该修改的改好，再次提交构建版本即可，当都符合苹果要求时，自然也没有拒绝的理由。
