自己做的无任何添加剂的香喷喷蛋糕

今天周天,做个无任何添加剂的蛋糕吧。先准备材料。低粉150克、白糖140克、鸡蛋6个、色拉油40毫升。如果人口少,或者一顿吃不了,可以减半哈。

把六个全蛋一次性放入盆中,注意的是一定是无油无水,否则,鸡蛋打不发。白糖分三次放进蛋液中。先低速打,到蛋液增大、颜色变浅,提至3挡打。打到蛋液完全膨发,提打蛋器滴落的蛋液不会立刻消失。分两次筛入低粉,快速切拌,注意从下往上翻。再倒入色拉油,如果没有,家里炒菜的油也是可以的。

烤箱170度预热10分钟,然后把蛋液倒入纸杯中,一定不要倒满哈,它要膨胀的。放进烤箱,时间20分钟。
然后满屋飘香的蛋糕味出来了,香喷喷的蛋糕就做好了。
