How to let the day be meaning?

This week I felt tired. Every night after my son had slept I always wanted to sleep. These days I slept one hour than before. The day I would have more energy.

The English Diary became more like talking things. It had no specific content and no high quality outputs. It is the time that I have to change the form and the content again.

I prepare some questions for you sharing with you.

• How do you work or learn for everyday and be meaningful?
• What's the most gain for through the day?
• Did you regret something you didn't do or waste the time?
• How do you have a progress than yesterday?

I realised that I need record diary everyday but should change some stuff.
