昨天下午骑车去野外踏青,捋榆钱、捋构树芽,折野油菜花、桐树花,掐苜蓿芽。回来又在自家院子折了紫藤花,勾了香椿。
一大早起床就在想,这么多原生态无公害绿色食品,怎么才能做出色香味美的饕餮盛宴。这么多品种一个人想着做,还是煞费苦心。最后决定将榆钱和构树芽蒸成麦饭疙瘩,苜蓿芽、油菜花、紫藤花分别做成绿、黄、紫三色馒头,再加一个白色纯面,刚好是四色馒头。
出锅以后各色馒头花香味浓,那构树芽蒸的疙瘩劲道味道更佳。还有二样食材今天顾不上做,走!回家给母亲送上我蒸的四色馒头和麦饭疙瘩。
