The second day of my job

Yesterday I still didn’t have a good sleep, but just so so. I also got up at 6 a.m, and left home at 6:45. Today there were not as many people as yesterday’s. I arrived at my company at 8:15, and most people arrived at 9:30 even though the time begin to work which the company dictates is 9:00. I was not very surprised of that, what they did is none of my business.

I can find no system in the working methods and I was not satisfied with my direct supervisor. But today I had a talk with one of the managers in my department and I liked him very much, he has been working for 19 years, he gave me some advices and after talked with him I think more clearly. And in the afternoon, my direct supervisor told me that I am one of the key perspective employees in the department, and my leader is another manager in the department. I was sad that my leader is not the manager which I really like. But it doesn’t matter, I can also have a communication with him if I want.

I was also not very happy today, I seem to know something about the company, about  the department. I know that it is a challenge for me, I should still adjust my attitude and meet the challenges. Look the difficulties as opportunities, I believed in myself. Knowing the purpose of myself all the time and keeping going on!
