两小只最爱的馄钝

南方人的早餐都是以粥和馒头为主,但是我家那两只偏偏爱吃馄钝,以前外面买后来我琢磨着自己做。
首先先准备一块后腿肉,用盐巴洗干净切成肉丁。

加入味精,盐巴.料酒.老抽.生抽,搅拌均匀腌制10分钟!然后用绞肉机绞2分钟,绞之前加点纯水这样肉泥才会更细腻.

材料准备好后,开始包馄钝,肉不能包太多,因为馄钝皮薄肉放多包的时候皮会破,煮的时候如果肉多要多煮一些时间那样皮就散了!

接下来开始煮馄钝了,纯水烧开,准备好调料,把葱沫,鸡精,盐巴,胡椒粉,蒜头稣,油,紫菜和虾米可以根据个人口味增加,放点白醋。水开后,装汤到碗里!

剩下的开水继续烧开,然后把馄钝放下去根据个人饭量放多少!煮到馄钝浮到水面就可以了!捞出一定要沥干倒到碗里,为什么要沥干呢,是怕水太多带到碗里汤就变淡了!
