woman's revenge

 These days, I'm following the hit drama of 'The first half of my life', It reminds me one role in 'Great expectation' by Dickens named Miss Havissam. A woman who was abandened on her wedding day, then she stopped the clock, kept it at the moment she was betrayed. She spent the rest of her life inside the dusty room, not seeingsunrise or sunset. What made me feel even more stinks, she dressed herself in wedding dress unchanged and the wedding dress became yellow, the wedding flowers on her head became dry and the young pretty woman in wedding dress became old. She took it as a revenge to the man who betrayed her. I wonder that people take morals as an important social rule in that period? But actually the man who betrayed her did not feel any guilty of what he has done. He married to other woman and enjoyed the wealth he got from her. I don’t understand what circumstance cause her to make such a foolish decision. It is definitely not necessary to keep herself in dusty rooms whole life and suffer lonely till death.

 Contary to ‘The first half of my life’, the main actress zijun who was betrayed and abandoned by her husband at her 35s,she took great courage to make her life back to normal track. If she keep her following life in room complaining what she has encountered and uttering to friends about what she hate about her previous hunsband, she will always trap herself in disaster.

we can more or less conclude from above, no matter what happened or what disaster we are encountering, the most cruel revenge is to keep our life going with vigor and be better than whenever in past. The people who has given up us feel regret and repent of what his previous choices.
