Feedback：整个会议流程很好，但会前的准备，会议的开始，包括整个会议。还有非常多的需要提高的地方，整场会议略微显得混乱。2、在来宾群里面发总结，发照片，会前宣传，海报，推文，做的非常好，包括会议PPT，给人感觉不来都不好意思了。PPT可以在其他地方推广。3、参会之后会给人一种落差，当你看到了这些宣传之后，又来到现场，比如说会前的筹备，包括小马哥来了之后安排事情，整个会议给人感觉稍显混乱的感觉。是会给人一个落差。4、暖场到底是谁，每个角色到底是谁？需要主持人和会议经理提前确认！5、备稿评估时间3分钟，日程表显示2分钟。6、演讲目标没有体现出来？这些有缺少，需要会议经理提前通知，最后主席和VPE跟踪。7、因为下雨有迟到发生（天气好尽量不要迟到）8、会议经理做的非常好，提前9点到现场，安排来宾接待工作，提前准备会旗等。9、VPE和主席需要做Back Up，当会议经理有些part未想到，未做到位，需要补位。10、总评需要点评会议经理，哪些做的好，哪些需要改进，会议经理是协调会议，前、中、后整场会议，不是单独只做分享。11、桌面环节，主题非常好，用电影贯穿人一生，非常有新意，有创意，花了很多时间。来宾反馈题目有点难，不敢接，建议多邀请来宾上台分享，设置一些高中低三档题目，满足不同人群！12、当一个人认为没有收获和成长不会做太多，因为内心觉得投入和产出比不高，不会主动。13、俱乐部传承，需要更好的培养新人，让大家都能参与进来，鼓励大家，互相支持，一起进步。14、投票软件有问题，需要想出来back up！
