Python fbprophet 安装方法

fbprophet是facebook开源的时间序列预测框架

可用于时间序列预测，支持Python语言

以下命令按顺序运行，前提是已经安装过了Anaconda

conda update conda 

conda install pystan 

conda install -c conda-forge fbprophet
